Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be settled prior to the event date as per the agreed schedule.
Payment Policy: 50 % payment for catering confirmation. setup, and any additional services is required tobe intemented at least one day before the event. Payment accepted in all modes and no cancellation and non refundable.
Hotel Shreyas Grand respects your privacy & assures that your personal information collected during your registration on our site or for placing any orders or on reviewing/rating us, shall be kept confidential and will be used only for the purpose of doing intended business with you or to analyse & compile site usage pattern to enhance services to its guests or if required to be disclosed as per the law of land.
Event Duration: The standard rental period is 5 hours. Additional charges may apply for events exceeding this time.
Damage and Liability: The client is responsible for any damages to the property or equipment during the event. Any damages incurred will be billed accordingly.
Guest Count: Final guest count must be provided at least one days before the event. Changes to the number of guests after this deadline may incur additional fees
Shreyas Grand Hotel reserves its right to amend its Privacy Policy from time to time.
